Fully done up homes
Most of the fixed furniture elements will be part of the offering, like modular
kitchen, closets, fire place, etc. Moveable furniture won’t be part of the standard
offering but thesame could be arranged with a one-on-one discussion. All standard
electric fittings would be installed as part of the offering including gadgets in
the kitchen. Down lights and spot lights would be provided. Wall lights or chandeliers
are not a part of the standard offering. However, the same could be arranged on
special request.
Centrally heated homes
These homes would be centrally heated with the use
of a closed circuit water boiler system thereby
conserving energy.
Power back up
100% power back is being facilitated for the common
lighting area in the villas.
Common activity area
Common activity area would be created with luxurious lounge furniture, pool table
and other recreational facilities. This structure would also have an eatery for
made to order supply and a ‘Sun Deck’ on the top.
Firefighting system as per norms
Complete in-house maintenance services
like carpenter, electrician, plumber and laundry (dhobi).
Housekeeping
The homes would be serviced with in-house trained housekeeping staffwho would be
responsible for taking care of house cleaning as well as maintenance of services.
Laundry
Launderette facilities are being planned within the complex in order to save the
residents from the burden of washing and ironing services from outside.
Hot water
The taps in kitchens, bathrooms and toilets will supply hot water 24x7.
Service rooms
Quarters for drivers are also being intended alongwith a mess facility. However,
it will be subject to availability.
CONNECTIVITY
The Muskotia Estate area is currently serviced by BSNL-WLL services and Idea cellular.
Efforts are being directed to convert the BSNL services to CDMA/GSM and get enhanced
network connectivity from Idea, Vodafone and other prominent telecom providers,
operating in the Nainital region.
Safety and Security
- Provision of round the clock security guards in the complex.
- High 8 feet fencing in order to achieve protection from intruders.
- Installation of CCTVs for constant monitoring of activities in the
complex. - Attemptsare being made to attach the CCTV system to the network
so that the owners are able to remotely experience their property
through the internet as well.
